Donate to Libertyville Sunrise Rotary
Libertyville Sunrise Rotary Club is committed to providing financial support to local and global charitable organizations through donations, annual grants, and event sponsorships.
We provide financial and food donations to Libertyville Township for people in need. We provide bingo prizes for seniors and residents with disabilities at Libertyville Towers, and tool backpacks for IBEW Local Union 150 apprentices. Our club has a long history of providing academic and vocational scholarships to Libertyville High School students.
Our club supports The Village of Libertyville projects and we are also an event sponsor for a number of organizations including MainStreet Libertyville and Libertyville Civic Center Foundation.
Our club supports the Rotary Foundation Annual Fund and Polio Plus on a continuing basis.
We also provide funds to help people who have experienced natural disasters, such as the California wildfires, and we give annually to ShelterBox USA.
Our club has a long history of supporting International Service through donations and boots-on-the-ground help. As an example of this, we provided funding and construction labor to build a girls dormitory to house 150 students in Guatemala. Recently, we also joined with other Rotary clubs to provide funds for medical equipment in Pasto, Columbia, access to fresh water in Eswatini, Africa, and cleft lip/palate surgeries in India.
We fundraise all year round through member donations and we hold annual community fundraising events. Thank you to all who support our fundraising efforts, especially the Libertyville community and our club’s Sponsors!
Sunrise Rotary Club Charitable Projects Foundation of Libertyville is recognized by Candid GuideStar for Platinum Transparency 2025 and by Charity Navigator as a Four Star rated charity.
